"The people and atmosphere are great. I have a lot of autonomy. I work on a variety of projects. My decisions and analysis impact company strategy."

"It is a good environment. You need to work hard, but you get rewarded for the work you do. It is a creative atmosphere. There is no micromangement, but you are held accountable. Need to be able to adapt to ever changing roles and responsibilities. The phrase It is not my job does not apply."

"Be prepared to interview with a board of the Management team. Not one on one."
