"I like the training and corporate environment."

"Get along with the broker, branch manager, and ops manager you report to."

What don't you like about working at Morgan Stanley?

"Brokers are out of hand and get what they want, while sales assistants have minimum rights in the workplace."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Support and compensate sales assistants directly, so they are not at the mercy of brokers who think they own you for adding $1 per hour to your paycheck. Phones are out of control in offices and need to be answered automatically or provide sufficient backup - always a problem at our branch causing friction with workers not backing up brokers they do not even work for."

"It is an extremely unprofessional place of enployment. They have the worst benefits package of any business that I have ever seen. They do not treat their employess with respect."

"They need to retire or learn how to treat people with respect."
