"I enjoy the worked I did, It gave me lot of knowledge and trained me about the Investment market. I always wanted to be in this line. There was only one thing I used to hate about my job whenever the market is going down there is always less work and less M&A deals in the market."

"Promotions are rare, employee turnover is high, and the pay is not competitive."

"Bring wages to a competitive level, create a training program for new hires, acknowledge good work, and promote from within the company."

"If you love banking this is a great starter company that is slowly growing in western PA"

"The only way to move up is to move to NY or move to a different company."

"Update the software packages and give the employees access to it."

"The money and benefits were good, but the level of energy and interest was minimal."

"Stay away from Finance, Analysis, or Operations. IT was a good and positive department."
What don't you like about working at Hilmar Cheese?
"Lack of vision and opportunity. Little if any support or work resources. Some of the best people went unrewarded - incompetence was rewarded on several occasions."

"None - they wouldn't listen anyway, The company was decaying from the inside."

"They were great people to work with, and co-workers were always available to ask questions."

"The business was sold to Morgan Stanley and the positions were eliminated."
What don't you like about working at Morgan Stanley?
"I don't like the fact that Citigroup sold the business to Morgan Stanley."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Smith Barney Citigroup no longer exists, due to Citigroup sold it to Morgan Stanley."
