There is a corporate culture that has job security and work/life balance as its core tenets, and the atmosphere is relaxed but diligent.The only drawback at FileMaker is that outside of the Product Development department, there isn't really an ability to move up. In the other departments of the company you find employees who have been at the company for many years, and there isn't turnover or growth to provide advancement opportunities."
