"I really enjoyed working in an outdoor environment and working hands on with most everything that we did work on. I really liked the salary I had when working for exterran, and personally I would work for them again if the opportunity pertained itself."

"Just be honest and straightforward and everything will fall into place."

"It wasn't as organized as I like to be. but with time and experience it will smooth itself out."

"Keep it simple. Don't let big things get out of control, and listen to the mechanics when they have an issue with either the equipment or and employee."
