"I love the job overall including the flexibility when in office, the travel, travel pay, great leadership, direction of the company, and no micro managing. I don't like the constant turnover, as it makes me nervous sometimes for such a small company (announced via email). I also wish there was more training opportunities on a national or regional level."

"I get to work hand in hand with the US Army here in Afghanistan training/instructing the soldiers with all aspects of the MRAP vehicle"

"You need to have a vast knowledge of MRAP vehicles if you want to work for this company. We are supposed to be subject matter experts"
What don't you like about working at DynCorp?
"I honestly don't like working in Afghanistan being away from my wife and family."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have no suggestions for management. They do a great job taking care of us here."

"Work schedule was changed dramatically without asking how it would effect the employees"
