"Too much change. There is an annual reorganization that leaves the work force reeling every year..."

"Not have every new leader come in and swing for the fence with change."

"There was the opportunity to learn from different departments to grow your business knowledge to assist your region with more confidence to use the tools avaiable to grow the stores business and profits. The diversity of the retail experience of the stores in your region let you train new techniques and share basic retail process to have the stores reach their goals."

"Be yourself and visit the stores to see what you can bring to grow sales and store counts."

"Sometimes it was hard to express new ideas if others didn't understand how to use the tool."

"Keep doing the forums and encourge the neighborhood feel to the stores to be a speciality retailer in their market."
