"I love learning new technologies."
"I love helping our customers solve their problems. When I walk into a customer they feel confident I will solve their problem, I have a 97% first time call fix. I hate when a part I need is not in my personal inventory and not in the manufactures stock, which would result in extended customer downtime."
"While working as an MWD I've passed through too many difficult situations that should let me give up to be an MWD, I saw many dangerous situations and it is also difficult to stay far way from your family. But working as an MWD you can do many new friends, know new culture, know new places and be happy!"
"I got 2 weeks maintenance training from APS training center DUBAI about MWD tools. Now working as technician and field engineer."
"I love the dynamic environment. I don't like the fact that MWDs don't get paid as much as they are supposed to."
"I have nothing to hate about it."
"I love my job. What I hate is getting called in the middle of the night and go to a company I have never been before and I am not familiar with their site. Plus the on call pay is not good."
"I love what a field engineer does, we troubleshoot issues daily and the majority of the time the issues aren't always the same. I love a challenge and in this field that's all we come across. I do dislike the traveling and being away from home for long periods of time."
"I hate the lifestyle of being on call. I love the compensation."
"Being a field engineer gives you wide information and learning that you do not get at the University, neither in the office, so I think that a good engineer must be able to go to the field to learn the real life on the industry and get in touch with the real issues."
"I get to travel, I have to travel to do my job."
"I love being able to do a very unique job. It is almost impossible to describe what I do, and I am not trapped behind a desk every day. I hate the fact that I have to leave my family almost half the time, and the compensation isn't that great."
