"Do more research on utility companies and project a positive and enthusiastic outlook."
What don't you like about working at BC Hydro?
"This is a quasI government institution and despite the best efforts of senior management some strategic decisions are rammed down the throats of the leadership by the politians without consideration of the long term goal of the business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try to articulate the long term business goal of the company without giving in to political control easily. Please continue the transformative direction began two years but one would appreciate if this was done much more rapidly but professionally to avoid unnecessaruy angst in the Company."

"I had co-workers and bosses that I respected and genuinely liked. We worked together with great people in local communities in support of a mission I shared."

"If you are a competent professional that shares the company's mission and you're willing to work hard, you will be seriously considered."
What don't you like about working at The John Birch Society?
"I had to be away from my wife and growing family far too often in this job. While veritable adventures across the northeast and staying in modest hotels was a fun time, I always missed my family."

"Any suggestions I had for management were communicated privately and given serious consideration."

"nothing, it's a disgrace to the construction industry here in MS"

"beware, and be sure to get everything in writing and never trust them,they have a high turnover rate and only want to pay minimum wage and work you like a dog"

"poor excuse for a company, they really need to learn the basics of how to do business"

"learn how to manage, keep your word,stop lying . and get the job done on time and buy the materials on time"
