"Travel, training, building relationships with owners. The support from home office."

"Ask as many questions about area of the world you will be working and which rigs."

What don't you like about working at National Oilwell Varco?

"The budgets could be better for the projects. We cut them very close."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest conference calls for meetings. Have an assistant for field support."

What do you like about working at Exelon?

"I enjoy finding problems and fixing them - there are plenty in the field. Also, I am in different locations almost every week, and am allowed to work on my own. Many days, when not in the field, I can work from home."

"Read -up on hte Wunderlic test."

What don't you like about working at Exelon?

"The work can sometimes become monotonous. I enjoy a challenge."

"Diversify the customer base more."
