What do you like about working at Fiduciary Real Estate Development?

"The amount responsability I had here was great. I designed, implicated and ran the warranty department as well as was responsable for quality controll from the beginning to the end of every project. I was the face of Fiduciary Real Estate Development after a home was purchased."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Everyone there is extremely nice and very professional. Show up and be ready to work and you will be greatly rewarded. They have great systems in place to produce a quaility product. Learn those systems."

What don't you like about working at Fiduciary Real Estate Development?

"I was unable to leave the warranty department. I had been given more project managment jobs to cover but was not able to leave warranty. It had been admitted to me on a number of occasions that I was doing my work to well to move me up and out of that spot. Both of my former Directors of Construction admited that to me at different times after I had left. I left that job because I was unable to move out of that position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please allow people to move up or around in the company instead of losing highly qualified individuals."
