"Systems, processes, and tools need to support a developer doing their job. If they don't then it becomes a battle to get any work done, and quality suffers."

"It was a great environment to work in, everyone I met was friendly and eager to help me assimilate to my new job. If there was something I didn't know there were always a few people willing to take the time to explain and teach me."
