"Little opportunity for growth in their Human Resources Department. Ill defined duties which causes some confusion with task being completed."

"Specifically define tasks for members of HR department so that task are only completed by one person. Increase communication within the department. Determine storage/filing/organization system that can easily be used by two people for easy access to important HR materials."

"Most students that attend a technical college do so voluntarily and take classes in subject matter they enjoy. This atmosphere means that generally everybody, including both the staff and students, are happy wonderful people to be around."
