"Owner is a great individual but he allows the business team to make poor decisions with promises of rewards that never seem to materialize. Growth outweighs the reality of lower profits to the point that benefits and jobs are being slashed due to large losses."

"Micro-management style of superiors including requiring submission of daily tasks, carbon copy on all emails and no ability to make decisions, but full responsibility for the decisions of others."

"Hire the right people, provide reliable parameters for processes and procedures, trust employees - then review and hold accountable."
