"At Fenner for 3 years. The bad employees are protected and are never held accountable. Good employees are expected to do everything and are constantly scrutinized. It’s never enough always being pushed and never a compliment. Nothing is expected from the bad employees and they know they can do anything they want and there will be no consequences."
"It used to be a great place to work. They used to care about their employees. No more. They got a new CEO who ran his old place into the ground, and they are proceeding to do the same thing at Fenner. Management are backstabbers and liars who pretend to care about employees, and then they turn around and do everything they can to make your life miserable. All in the name of profit (which they disguise as "employee appreciation" and to get in good with said CEO. The saddest thing about all this is that the employees are great. A lot of really good people are being stepped on; most are planning to leave or have already left. The company is being trashed and nothing is going to save it."
