"Fellowes is a growing company with a culture that is continually improving. The people are wonderful to work with and have improved on work/life balance in recent years. The struggle is in career growth, as many departments struggle and end up losing good employees because there was no career path."

"In my 12 years at Fellowes, I saw lots of change. The biggest changes came when the generation of the Fellowes family at the helm changed. Many things which made Fellowes a great place to work changed, but not for the better. To be fair, at the same time the market for their main products also changed and has continued to shrink. This, of course, caused more pressure on all to find ways to maintain and expand sales for these established products, reduce costs, and find new products to replace lost sales. Within the IT department, a series of changes in management only added to the stress from outside IT. My rating for a relationship with my supervisor is based solely on my last supervisor, during my last year at the company."
