"Hire a consultant to revamp all business processes and hire competent middle managers"

"The company is highly risk averse and timid in the marketplace and in product development, so I somewhat don't fit in with this situation."

"Management needs to be much more aggressive and risk-taking in order to grow market share since we are the smallest company in our market."
