They enlisted outside agencies such as Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, where I was certified as Defensive Tactics Instructor/General Subject matter Instructor certified to teach various law enforcement related topics."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are prior law enforcement and have been in the profession for several years and looking for quiet and low key, then this would be the place for you. On the other hand if you are seeking street time and hands on Police work look at your municipal and federal agencies. Reasons are that you have a mixture of personalities and that have never been exposed to dealing with a consummate law-enforcement type."

"The ineffective method of communicating when problems arouse. The one sided approach to solving major concerns within the Law Enforcement Unit."

"To administer a written exam and screening process prior to employment.To listen to both side of any situation and or problems between subordinates and management."

"Thinking back, and as with most jobs I've had, there is usually one person that often wants to know what the company is doing for them or is a thats not my job kind of person. This is a peeve of mine and we had one there. I usually keep a positive attitude with them, show by example and hopefully they have a new outlook. People are complex and different things motivate us."
