"I believed in our mission. The expectations of quality work and the rewards that came in doing such. The family-like relationships developed with coworkers. Their philosophy that an investment in their employee is an investment in themselves. The daily challenges that may arrise of working on equipment, working with vendors and contractors. Knowing that quality performance will be acknowledged and it is personnally self rewarding in exceeding expectations."

What don't you like about working at Federal Reserve System?

"Thinking back, and as with most jobs I've had, there is usually one person that often wants to know what the company is doing for them or is a thats not my job kind of person. This is a peeve of mine and we had one there. I usually keep a positive attitude with them, show by example and hopefully they have a new outlook. People are complex and different things motivate us."

"Keep up the good work. Continue to listen, communicate and involve everyone"
