"Having offices relocating a large of amount of the time and recent managerial turnover in both the marketing and sales areas, weak training plans for penetration and concentration toward the federal vertical market."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus, embrace government certification and validation schemes because they are necessary for government sales, find out why in the past few years there has been significant turnover and fix it"
