What do you like about working at Ricoh?

"They stuck to their word on support, territory assignements and were very supportive for unusual sales situtiations. They left me alone and I grew revenues on average 30% annualized. Wish I never left."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared for a wild ride as they grow and become the an industry leader."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"Sudden mirco-management implementation came down from corporate. Local management didn't agree, but had to implement. It has since been softened."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Identigy your key sales people, leave them alone and support them whenever they express a need. Don't try to change behaviors if they are already accomplishing (exceeding) revenue/profit goals."

"I enjoyed what I was doing and working with the customers. Resolving problems every day and geting accounts paid."

"This is a great place to work and they have excellent benefits. Keep on trying to get a job with them."

"I did not like how they promoted people at times. I was told that I was not qualified for a position that I was already doing."

"Keep up the good work."
