"It is not a pleasant job to close banks. Many people are hurt in the process."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You have examiners on your staff, use the information that they gathered for you. Most of the situations I saw could be corrected prior to the closings. Have more empathy for the communities that you disturbed when you close a bank. Congress should review this agency, they have spent $79 billion and are asking for more."
