What don't you like about working at FDIC?

"During my time at the FDIC I oversaw various aspects of the closing of 108 banks. While closing these institutions was necessary, I saw many many people whose lives were turned upside down. The human side of this financial crisis was often difficult."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Transparency, transparency, transparency. When standard business operations and control environments are suspended catastrophic events may follow."
