"I've worked in Faurecia for almost 7 years. It has been a great experience. Company has a very good social environment and knows employees are an important part for good results."
"Nothing good to say about Faurecia"
"I haven't been here long, but it seems like a decent place at the corporate level. I enjoy working with my team; we share a lot of good ideas. Like any company, it has its issues, but they are working to fix them."
"Faurecia is a excellent company. I must honestly say that my experience working there was not. I was driving an hour and ten minutes to work everyday, while living 5 minutes away from a plant in Fraser, MI. My on-boarding was basically idle for 6 weeks. The company is on the right path but the leadership needs some training. Not much accountability being taken on any level. What they have to offer as a company would be great if the people who are to deliver and oversee that experience actually performed or understood their roles."
"This was a company that gave me opportunities to learn about quality in manufacturing. I owe a lot of my insight why quality of a product is vital."
"I've worked in this position for about 2 years and in my time here there has been a continual hiring freeze and no opportunity for movement."
"WARNING! Faurecia manufactures extremely low quality exhaust systems. I know this as I am a former product and weld tester at their plant in Troy, Ohio. Plant management and fellow coworkers constantly pressured me to "pass" failed tested products, and when I didn't co-operate I was terminated and replaced with someone who would. Currently they are manufacturing exhaust systems for GM's Chevy Silverado. Steer clear of this poor quality product and company."
"Very good pay. Zero commitment to established processes, procedures. "Window Dressing" systems that are not engrained day to day."
"I have worked for 25 years into automotive Industry in Mexico, developing sales from 125 Mill years to 250 Mill per year, on top I have been working across many functions inside my company, like operations and purchasing."
"I started working in a Faurecia production facility as a contract quality inspector and was then offered a position to work there. I accepted the position and was happy to find that they treat their employees well. They pay well but with infrequent reviews for raises. Their management is competent and great to work for."
"I've been working for faurecia for more than three years now. Currently their situation is critital because we do not have any new projects in Hagenbach."
"I have worked for Faurecia for 1.5 years and have not observed many positive attributes with this company. They do not want to address the issues on the floor with either the hourly workforce or the salary workforce."
"Having worked here for two years now, I have had plenty of ups and downs. I have mostly seen issues with upper management and their decisions for the strength of the company. Several of the lower level managers have been great to me, however my current manager leaves a lot to be desired. I am paid well to overlook some of the main issues of the company, and feel that I am having salary 'thrown' at me to ensure that they keep employees. Enjoy what I do, but not the environment I'm in."
"I enjoyed working at Faurecia."
