3.6 February 2020 My experience through a variety of positions including Program Management, Supplier Quality Engineer, Quality Engineer, Prototype Supervisor, Program Quality Lead, Senior Test Technician, Quality Launch Lead, Production Process Lead and Machinist allow me to bring a multiple faceted level of experience to any organization to ensure its success. I would like to utilize this experience within your organization to ensure its success. Most recent positions of Supplier Quality Management & Program Manager I was responsible for Meeting program MRDs, CN timing, EO approvals, Ordering Prototype materials and tracking deliveries. Forecasting Program milestones, Interfacing directly with the customer. Ensuring Suppliers were aligned with program objectives. I have worked at the Faurecia Auburn Hills JIT seating plant since its opening in 04, and successfully made that model plant the flag ship plant that achieved a 6 year no missed delivery accomplishment. This accomplishment was made by a team-oriented structure utilizing every resource within the plant. Though I have held many different positions in the Quality arena at the AUH facility. My additional experience as Program Management coupled with my extensive Quality background would make me a very valuable asset to your team. 1 WARNING! Faurecia manufactures extremely low quality exhaust systems. I know this as I am a former product and weld tester at their plant in Troy, Ohio. Plant management and fellow coworkers constantly pressured me to "pass" failed tested products, and when I didn't co-operate I was terminated and replaced with someone who would. Currently they are manufacturing exhaust systems for GM's Chevy Silverado. Steer clear of this poor quality product and company.

3.3 Having worked here for two years now, I have had plenty of ups and downs. I have mostly seen issues with upper management and their decisions for the strength of the company. Several of the lower level managers have been great to me, however my current manager leaves a lot to be desired. I am paid well to overlook some of the main issues of the company, and feel that I am having salary 'thrown' at me to ensure that they keep employees. Enjoy what I do, but not the environment I'm in.
