"Far Brook is a small school with great faculty. I enjoy my work and I have a sense of ownership of my work/ program."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to feel overwhelmed at first, but quickly fall in love. If you are co-teaching, be sure to be assertive and not just a bystander! This could set a bad precedent in the future with both the students, as well as your co-teacher."
What don't you like about working at Far Brook School?
"While most of the faculty is very positive and open minded, some of the faculty can be set in their ways and refuse to change."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Cut the amount of staff and move forward with a new Science curriculum. Spend money on renovating the buildings."
