"Known for favoritism, management has shown to be retaliatory, incompetent, and afraid to handle conflict. The management that I worked with did not want anyone around with an opinion or a mind!"

"If you except a job with this company - dont get involved or ask questions - just make as much money as you can, for as long as you can and then find a career and company that will respect you."

What don't you like about working at Fannie Mae?

"Management will terminate staff for unjust reasons - I have seen them fire someone for being not a good fit or for someone asking about why they have not received their benefits or for some one turning down a date request from their manager.I don'tknow how much longer I will work here but I pray every day something better will come along"
