What do you like about working at FairPoint Communications?

"The challenge of building a new company from scratch. The acquisition of the northeast required a migration to more robust systems. Building the new solution was challenging but fun."

What don't you like about working at FairPoint Communications?

"When things didn't go right there was an inclination to point fingers not find solutions to the problems. In most cases the ones who had their noses to the grindstone were the ones that got blamed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn to work as a team and drop the politics. They have a great team but they need to work as a team."
