"Fairmont State Unviersity is a growing University in North Central West Virginia. It prides itself on being a small campus that is "small enough to grow, but not big enough to get lost in." I think it captures this very well in the sense of Higher education. We offer many different programs and boast an excellent teacher to student ratio."

"I liked all the people that I met working on the different projects. I really felt that I accomplished many projects with limited resources in the little time that I worked at Fairmont State."

"Fairmont State University is a beautiful campus and the people are very nice."
What don't you like about working at Fairmont State University?
"The work environment was challenging. I had my own office and felt very isolated. The application team would never meet and they would send all projects and discussion by email. In addition, there were a lot of political insecurities, therefore projects and resources would change weekly. When the president resigned there was much turnover."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest to management to have more team meetings and loosen up on the time management reporting, since we had to input our progress every 15 minutes."
