2.3 I worked for this company as its loyal employee but in return, they weren't kind. All departments fight with each other to obtain resources for their teams. No orientation and training and one can experience highly lacking of teamwork. The company prefers to hire their own international students who speak average English and have minimum experience working in a North American culture, making it a huge mess. Top management is autocratic and old school, and does not want to consider the opinions of other staff, employees, and faculties. The company does not focus on employee well-being or work satisfaction.

4.7 I've been working for the Office of Global Learning for almost 2 years now and I look forward to going to the office everyday. From friendly environment to facing new situations and challenges everyday I've grown as an individual. This job has helped me gain confidence, learn about different opportunities and programs available to the students and network with professionals from different fields. It helped me learn more about my strengths and my weaknesses and helped me understand that knowledge has no limitation you learn a little bit from each place you visit and every person you meet. With friendly staff and supportive supervisor I will always remember them and think about them even after my graduation. It was a life changing experience.
