"I worked for this company as its loyal employee but in return, they weren't kind. All departments fight with each other to obtain resources for their teams. No orientation and training and one can experience highly lacking of teamwork. The company prefers to hire their own international students who speak average English and have minimum experience working in a North American culture, making it a huge mess. Top management is autocratic and old school, and does not want to consider the opinions of other staff, employees, and faculties. The company does not focus on employee well-being or work satisfaction."
