"I've been working for FCPS since Jan 2008. I enjoy my job both as a substitute teacher and testing assistance coordinator. I in the meantime help several people at work by making copies for them and organize their desks for them. I also update the computers using Java to make sure they are ready for testing. I sometimes assist several teachers during testing and help them with testing to make sure their machines are working properly."

What don't you like about working at Fairfax County Public Schools?

"The lack of respect from the administration regarding teachers and support staff - i.e, no pay increases for at least 2 years, budget cuts that greatly effect teachers and support staff jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cut out all of the upper level administration positions and leave the actual SCHOOLS alone!"
