"I've been with FactSet since 2013 and, while only a short time, it is an excellent company to work for with managers who care about their employees. However, there is a degree of bureaucracy that needs to be navigated when dealing with higher up managers and some cross departmental managers."

"This is a fantastic place to work. I encourage any and everyone to apply for a job here if they can. The work life balance is top notch (My manager comes in at 11am), no one works overtime and the environment is young and upbeat. However, the type of work is not completely interesting (it's a bit dry... but if you're interested in financial information software, this is the best place you could possibly work)."
