"I worked there as a Relief Manager, but soon left because of low pay, $7.25/hr., no insurance, and few hours, 20-25 hours per week, if I was really lucky. We were closed on Sundays. I enjoyed working with my co-workers. I had a nice manager. There was no upward mobility in that there were 4-5 employees total and we were in a small city. Given the opportunity, again, and a decent salary, I'd work as a full-time Store Manager. There were times when I helped at other stores in the region, as well."
