"Some people keep the job only for overtime by not doing it in their regular time."

"Engineering can't work without overtime but keep employees happy to get desired output."

"I would say keep your skills current and develop neworking skills."

"Having to reduce manpower due to the budget in my department."

"More opportunity for advancement in all areas and development within the company."
What do you like about working at United Nations?
"I like the salary, because it has allowed me to save up for different things, like travelling with my family."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They will interview you based on competencies, such as technological awareness, communication, etc. But consider if you'd like the job after all - I earn around 12,000 a year."
What don't you like about working at United Nations?
"That nothing is achieved, because if any efforts are actually put into things, they're lost anyway due to the innefficacy of others and the extremely bureaucratic system used throughout the Organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wouldn't be a micromanager, and I would try to keep better track of things."
