"Dealing with different types of challenges. Managing janitorial, maintenance and security staff for entire campus (3 buildings). Dealing with union/non union issues and procedures. Dealing with different types of contractors/vendors. Learning functions of a live theater and cinemas. Etc....."

"Be proud of your accomplishments. Be confident about yourself and the position you are applying. Be honest and truthful. Ask questions about things that are confusing or unfamiliar to you. Enjoy your job and deal problems with a smile. Etc...."

"My dislikes: dealing with many restrictions due to a different departments jurisdictions. Lack of support to a working staff. Noticing negativity before positivity in employees performances. Etc..."

"Get to know the staff and listen to their suggestions. Feel free to share the information with staff. Let the staff to make decisions regarding tasks. Lead by example to your staff by showing how tasks should be accomplished to your satisfaction. Etc...."
