"There is a lot of internal feuds that just make it hard to make major improvements in ways to cut cost."

"The management should communicate on a daily basis and try to help one another and become one team instead of three different entities. They should plan for the next day everyday and make arrangements for it."

"The work culture is terrible. The entire staff is in fear of losing their jobs all the time. Also if you have the desire for growth potential this is not the place for that."
