Submit a Review"I think it's great to apply my knowledge of building maintenance and repair. I strive to ensure each task is performed correctly and professionally. If I am unsure on how to proceed with a certain task I am not shy in asking for help or seeking education on how to accomplish the task correctly.I do not really hate anything about being a facilities maintenance technician, however, I feel stifled not being able to apply my knowledge and education as a manager or supervisor."
"I don't much care to work in extreme weather conditions, but it is part of my job and I do it without complaint.I like being a part of a team, but I liked the fact that I could work by myself, unsupervised as well. I enjoy training less experienced techs in the HVAC field, and the responsibility of making sure the jobs are completed and on time."
