"company has been continuously shrinking in headcount, plus more work as people were let go."

"My 22 man/ woman crew. These people worked relintless in an effort to keep the kids at the preschool in a safe, clean and working enviornment."

"If you are out of work and no options - by all means take the job. But keep your mouth closed and your eyes open. Don't question management and never ask WHY. If you have options! Pick another opition.I'm not bitter / Just truthful!"

"I a word the King / Queen status that some of management took. Perfect was never Okay for them. When safety and wellness was questioned. Mid mgmt would get written up."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Self Assessment - Look at the bottom-line. Pls. get rid of that little dictator / supervisor who runs percurment. And chk the books, vendors and perks that he was involved with. BIG SURPRISES IN STORE."
