4.2 I've worked for F5 for several years now and during my tenure I have been challenged on multiple levels by management and co-workers. There is never a dull moment when you are not exploring new solutions or technologies, learning about advancements in the industry or challenging yourself to finish an important project for a customer, analyst or even production.

2.6 While F5 has outstanding values and commitment to diversity within upper management it is struggling with an embedded legacy culture at the middle management layer that is slow to change. The company is also experiencing internal disruption as it pivots from hardware appliance to a 50% software subscription model. There is high employee turnover and severe understaffing in several areas, with high performing employees exiting for other offers. If you're willing to invest the time to wait out this turbulent period strategic M&As with NGINIX and Shape Security may prove fruitful. Note that Wall Street has lowered expectations, and the stock value has dropped 25% over the last calendar year.
