"Great company, good people, great career opportunities if you do not have a problem relocating to different locations every 5 - 7 years."

What don't you like about working at ExxonMobil?

"Office location is far from my home in Connecticut. They do not have a policy to allow Engineers to work from home."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow good workers to work out of their homes."
