"Extron Electronics is a great company to work at , gain updated knowledge of the AV industry. With that being said - this is is the only positive thing I can say about Extron. Management at Extron is horrible. Cult like atmosphere where most managers at Extron started from the bottom to now being in managerial positions with no experience in their managerial skill sets. Most managers are friends of friends, or now married amongst each other. Some managers do have underlined racist tones and it is very well known to show favoritism towards certain team members that they enjoy boosting their egos. This will never be addressed due to friends of friends taking up for each other. Extron has had lawsuits in the past and I am very sure they will endure more in the future if Andrew Edwards or Casey Hall does not clean up their management team."

"I have worked at Extron for 20-plus years. The employees at Extron are great to work with. There are over 2000 employees worldwide. I left the company after 5 years but quickly realized that Extron has a great work environment that is hard to beat, with opportunities to learn new skills as well."
