Offers overtime pay for additional hours worked. Job stability is very high. Layoffs are very rare. A good place for immigrants as they are not hesitant to sponsor work visas.No much opportunity to improve career wise and it's very difficult to move upward. Work life balance is poor as there are no work from Home options and working hours are very rigid. Overall a good place to retire but not for career improvement."
