"I worked for Exit over 5 years, and it is a scam. They are more interested in collecting fees from agents and selling to agents than sales commissions. They claim to offer residuals on sponsored agents, but despite their claims, they evaporate after you leave. Exit offers a legal form of MLM for realtors."

"Good place to sell real estate. Have a backup income (working spouse)."

"The real estate market is unstable. I sold my brokerage, just before the market collapsed. The real estate business offers no benefits, no job security, and wildly fluctuating incomes."

"This company has great upside with their approach to the broker-agent relationships. But since it is so different from the traditional way of doing business I am not sure it will last."
