"Good company to work for, just didn't enjoy some of its company policies, I loved working with my coworkers, we were all like family, brothers. I will always look back at and say we had great times. "This is not a Job for everyone, basically camping 24/7 and long work hours. Much Easier for single adults as the time away from home and the culture change can be difficult for some. Try to find someone that has been out there before make sure you a comfortable with the life."
What don't you like about working at Exelis?
"This was a stressful environment for many and that sometimes flowed into the work areas. Managment can be spotty at best and you have to manage on your own quite often. The medical insurance was terrible, expensive and I wouldn't use it again."

"Your people are your greatest asset, they should be treated as such. It is a stressful environment and a little appreciation goes a long way in promoting employee health."
