"Pseudo Military Company - communication down the chain of command is lacking. There are more edicts which come out without really thinking through the whole process. GVT was a joke! I would suggest that leadership focus on the ideas coming from the bottom, and for the employee compensation to be reviewed. It gets harder and harder not to look for other jobs when the bonuses and the raises don't come often. Hard work is not rewarded."

"Decent company to work for but as always there will be people who are put into positions who don't belong in them. One bad thing about the company they tend to overreact sometimes and lay people off and then have to rush to refill those positions."
