"Stop organizing the business as if it is still a nightly batch-oriented operation. Re-structure management to manage end-to-end business processes across verticals, so as to rationalize business capabilities, standardize architectural patterns and consolidate portfolios. This will save them cost, risk and speed time to market, which will increase revenues."
