"Highly creative and energetic environment."

"There's a tremendous amount of opportunity with this organization. Keep that in mind as you interview with people and managers that may be vestigial components of an earlier time frame."

What don't you like about working at Bluestar?

"Along with high energy came high emotion. Tempers and emotions from executive management ran too close to the surface. This made for an environment that was often contentious, especially between department managers. As I understood it, I saw it as part of the maturation process that I experienced first hand in another company."

"I didn't like the corporate red tape, committees, and number of endless meetings with 50-100 people weighing in on every tiny thing, as well as the corporate politics that are mind numbing."

"Disney management needs to focus on streamlining its endless amount of corporate bureaucracy."
