"Researching new posibilities for expansion and future growth everyday. Always challanging."

"Don't show and favor with any one tribal family. Even if you have no intension of getting involved with there tribal politics, it wont be seen that way."

What don't you like about working at Pechanga Resort and Casino?

"Many different families make up the governing board who do not see eye to eye. It can make it difficult to get projects off the ground."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's only business should be the moto. Families can not stand in the way of positive future growth if it is in the best interst of the busniess. As a former commercial construction owner, I fired my own brother twice.....theres no crying in construction, just schedules and budgets."
