"It's a great company, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, they have neglected their most valuable assets (their people) by not providing adequate pay for developer roles. There are some extremely intelligent people here and my manager was a good example. With him, I got introduced into the nitty-gritty of Airflow and he set me up for success where possible. It's unfortunate that the C-suite has its focus solely on dollars, even with the high turnover the firm is currently experiencing."
